A thank you to FC support

I would like you to extend a really big thank you to your support guys.
I got a ban in a really tricky situation this week and explained in an appeal the whole situation.
Support reviewed all the issues and decided to approve my appeal and lifted the ban.
I can understand, that they invoked the ban in the first place, because at first glance it looked really obvious, but the ban appel approval was handled quickly and professional.
I know that I am very critical of things going on in that game, but this time I really have to thank FC support on how they handled the situation.

I only asked because it might give hope to the next person banned for whatever, be it a false landclaim, lagging etc. There’s lots of people calling hacks on laggy servers when they think the player is lagging.

It was a bit of a more sensitive subject and nothing, where the community could benefit from the details.
Only perhaps to look what is going on on their server and not close their eyes to predatory behaviour
