Abuse of claim system

My access to official servers was suspended until June 6, because of abuse of claim system. But I had never blocked a boss/other NPC/rare resource respawn point or an importatn passage. My structures make no difficulties for other players. Is it a bug? Or somebody has reported me for an unknown reason? I’m afraid that all my stuff on all servers will be lost because of this. My ID is #16222

No, it is not a bug. Yes, someone reported you, Funcom reviewed their report and found you guilty, hence the ban. You can’t appeal the temporary suspensions so will have to sit tight and wait for the ban to be lifted. Even if you send a ticket now, it is unlikely to get any reply until 6th (weekend and all).

you can appeal (to Zendesk) but the ban will expire before you can resolve it

Suspension means that you were already admin wiped when the suspension began so unfortunately your stuff is already lost.

That isn’t all land claim abuse is. read the TOS. There are a lot of people on PVE that are guilty of this that are just lucky they haven’t been reported.

Note once again this is not a ban, it is a time out and as close to a warning as funcom gives.

Did you have small, isolated stand alone blocks scattered across the landscape around your base? Some builders like to build small outpost looking tower things around their base, it looks cool, but it’s a form of land claim that prevents others from building.

No such blocks or towers. Don’t understand what’s wrong. Maybe after the weekend the admins would tell me…

While suspensions are not open to appeal we do offer the option of appealing a permanent ban. We understand some might not always be aware of the actions taken by clanmates.

If you would like to appeal, please feel free to do this through Zendesk 3.9k by selecting ‘Ban Appeal’ as the type of issue and providing relevant information such as character names, servers you’ve played on, and clans you were part of.
