Good Afternoon, It’s almost been a month with my Account Frozen due to a billing issue and I’m getting no response on the support ticket. Account is paid and fixed on the billing side but still remains frozen.
Support ticket Funcom #1186216] , I’ve sent over 15 replies to this ticket and still nothing.
I paid for a year of service and its showing approved but the account is frozen, Please help escalate this if possible. Like I said I’ve been waiting for a month and no reply… I can provide any documents needed to get this resolved.
