Account issues - no support

Hello there,

I suppose I am not the only person with this problem. My account is frozen due to the messed up subscription and accounts system. Somehow I ended up with one month paid and three more payments “pending” and my account frozen.

I wrote tickets, I wrote mails, I wrote PMs and I get no answers. I called in Oslo and I will spare you my true feelings on how that call went.

The money is out of my account, and I’d very much like to play now pretty please!
Could someone that feels at all responsible contact me?

Unfortunately you will probably just have to wait a few months for the email support to eventually get back to you.

It is ridiculous how bad things have gotten, with absolutely no sign of it ever getting better…
