Is it company policy to suspend accounts with out any reachout/communication with the account in question?
Not sure if it is company policy and not gonna discuss it publically as it is a thing between you and Funcom/the GMs but it is definitly in the realm of their abilities to terminate your account without notification.
Probably best to contact them directly if you disagreement with them.

maybe you can double check your Email (Spam Folder) if you are not receive an Email with more Information.
