Can't find reason my account is banned and support queue is very long

Is there anyway to figure out why an account would be banned or get it fixed without waiting in the long support queue? Haven’t played the account in several years but can’t find any information on why my account would be banned or how to fix it

Unless you can find the email they should have sent explaining the reason. Otherwise you have to wait several weeks to months for an answer.

Never got an email at all, last email I got at all from funcom is when my last sub ended
