One of my pet peeves is the entire build TOS thing.
You don’t even have much space there. I know the spot. Did you have many placeables or torches?
sadly for you and i feel the pain, ban will apply at next server restart and i personnaly can confirm i saw not understable admin action on past on some offi pvp server i played
Nope, I made a tower for all the mage apparatuses, so my main base wouldn’t have tons of benches/thralls and chests.
That’s one of my things that was deleted.

In a month of gaming, specifically in this game it’s kinda difficult for the op to know what’s what!
But this excuse cannot “excuse” anyone. The rules about official servers have no exceptions neither you are new, neither Asuras chosen. I really hope he ain’t going to receive a ban too, because people told me that the second ban comes easier and the third even more.

That’s exactly it: builds block spawn points of all kinds to npcs, chests, etc.
With my servers I havae to routinely (using PIPPI mod) check all the builds of all players and clans to verify they are not blocking these things. Server Rules clarify that blockers are cleared. This takes about an hour a week for me to go through all users and servers - and it’s not a lot of servers.
Funcom have laid out game rules and many manage to remain within them. Yes, the reporting of issues and abuse is a little ‘nuke em’ until they glow’, but the practicalities of trying to ID (without a tool like PIPPI) build issues, intentional or not, are insanely difficult and usually follow the Player Wipe pattern due to being the only practical option.
I do not really see a solution. Many players know the ways to cause glitches for attackers. Know how to ‘force’ memory crashes for attackers. How to combo-build, etc for best lag effect. And this happens for any (all?) PvP-styled ‘build indiscriminately’ games out there.
Solutions? None really. If Funcom increase the ‘no-build’ zones (most practical) around all spawns, etc, trash players will start further out. One way I cut players from going too bananas is to, using mods, make mega bases attract NPC raiders. The bigger the build, the more lucrative it is to criminals. If abandoned, the base attracts squatters or monsters - until it finally decays down, etc. Not practical in the core game, but that’'s how I deal with players splash-building and multi-base building.
@Vlaskov - you should keep an eye on the other huge bases. If they are reported, they will likely also attract a nuke-ing. Funcom staff (I imagine) do not have the time to go through every single build on servers to check they are sticking to ‘fair play’. They check Reported bases - even if those reporting the bases are also building in ways that could also be wiped if reported themselves.

That key word, “above” … says it all.
That doesn’t sound right. Funcom usually issue a suspension along with a demolish. So something is amiss here.

I know it’s not nice on pve servers to go through this 
. This game has a huge building aspect and unfortunately official servers cannot handle a lot. They are provided for free from the company to the users to have a standard experience of the game, just a standard.
Now look why you were wiped and banned!

To be noticed and banned someone else from this server must report you first.
My advices if you wish and may.
- Use no exploits
- Don’t watch and never learn the cheats that play on YouTube how not to be noob! Stay noob!
After 7k hours in this game i am still noob and never banned
. - Build your dreams on private servers and single player. Official servers are not enough to meet people and get inspired from other people work. My best friends in this game came from private servers and this forum
