hello, we are a clan of 4 people on a pve-c server.
Suddenly all our bases disappeared at once, being connected.
in the event history, it puts lost stability.
I want to know how this can happen.

hello, after the problem previously exposed, today it does not let me enter any server, it gives me access denied.
I have been playing this game since its release and I have never had any problems, if I have been banned I would like at least an explanation of why.

Send a ticket to Zendesk. I have never been on it. Should be a section to ask if you have been banned, for how long and why. Introduction pages have how to find Zendesk. Best of luck to you.

Funcom’s enforcement of the TOS seems to be somewhat random, but if you have excessively large sprawling bases (e.g.: Borg cubes, large areas of the map walled off, etc.), anything which could look like landclaim (sandstone structures sprayed around the map) or you were blocking access to a world boss, it’s likely you were reported by one or more people on your server.
AFAIK, Funcom does not proactively go on the hunt for offenders. If you’ve been banned, it’s because you’ve annoyed other clan(s) you’re sharing the server with and Funcom agreed that what you’re doing is detrimental.

Funcom is fried and like anything they do just make the game worse by making all these bans for big bases what you want us to have a 2x2 base and get wiped quick if you on a pvp server lol just put server wiped after 3 months and call them seasons if you don’t want massive bases causing lagg for years
