Bug Description:
Lost all bases my clan had after 1.73 update with all materials that was stored in the bases, it was several years worth.

Report it to Zendesk with all the information you can. If this is through all or enough server’s perhaps they can do a rollback on server’s.

Your report indicates you are on Officials; which server did this happen on?

Thanks. Will ask around; in the meantime I also suggest going to Zendesk and filing a report there, making sure to include your clan name and server number there too. I’d be curious to know if anyone else was affected on this server.

One additional question: When you say you lost these constructions and materials, do you mean they have disappeared, or that they are not accessible anymore?
If disappeared, could you let us know if these losses are logged in the player log?
If not accessible, do you see your buildings marked as “No owner”?

They have disappeared and in event log says lost stability and one of our clan members was standing inside a little base and just disappeared while he was inside and said it decayed we hop on to make sure all our timers are reset
