This is not a Hadrware issue. the server #1975 is normal, this isn’t happening with it. But MAJOR (if not all) private servers are having this. Changing the Hardware on official servers will not resolve this.
Agreed. They have to take into account that private servers hosted by different companies are having issues as well. Migrating servers and possibly not fixing the problem could be a major waste of time.
There are PS4 private servers in south america?
As far as I know, there arent any PS4 private servers yet (for any region).
EDIT: Apparently there are private servers now offered by the same company that host official servers.
O played in some of them, but not in SA, only US and EU

Any chance of the problem be the timezone of the SA servers? Because they are completely wrong .
