Logged on this morning and Steam updated the game.. After March 25th update, my character and all progress on server is gone.

I’d suggest opening a Ticket via:
https://funcom.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Since none of the inquiry types really match your problem, i’d open it under “official server performance” and explain your issue there.
