Is there a preset for Age of Calamitous on the Isle of Siptah map, or do you have to place everything manually?
Age of Calamitous is a mod. Probably best to check their discord which I am guessing is listed on the Steam Workshop page.

Every time I’ve seen the mod it’s used the Exiled Lands map. Based on that I can’t tell if you can use it with a different map. You’ll just have to test it… and let us know the result.
The answer to your question is no. There is no way to edit the map for Isle of Siptah in the Dev kit because it was a DLC. DLC items are not available in the Dev Kit to be edited because they are behind a pay wall. If they were able to then people could just put DLC items in a mod and people would get them for Free. So there are two answers actually. You can place the faction givers and the magic altars and yes, you have to do that manually. I dont believe you can place the quest givers but my info could be old in that regard.
