Agent Network Tutorial?

Hi guys

How do I access the tutorial?
I got the text saying I had it, saw the description box, pressed P and there’s no agents and no apparent way to play a tutorial?

Check your inventory for an agent dossier

After your level 15 (wich I assume you are), you have to go to agartha and wait to receive a message from your faction.
This will give you your first agent and access to agent interface.
