Bug Description:

As in tittle all Human NPC despawned Riverwatch Camp D4 corner (map): tested on: PVP1080 ,PVE-C1036 , Local / Co-Op - no player structures in area.

Try force spawning them. Admin mode > Ghost > Walk.
