I refresh every weekend since March of this year. My base and work station thralls are 100% ok. All my Named Fighter, Dancer, Bearer, Archer, etc. thralls have all disappeared includes at least 60 sets of Dragon armor. Could you please investigate what happened to them? I have no Idea why the vanished.

It appears you were 7 days late to refreshing them. Assuming you last refreshed on the first of the month.
what happened is that whoever changes the timers is an incompetent with a funcom employee badge lol!
it is not the first time this happens, last time the apologized and rolled back servers, this time they had not say a word.
the only way to ensure this wont happen, is to login the same day timers change.
My great-grandfather bequeathed to my grandfather to wait for fix bugs from Funcom. They all died without waiting.My father joked that I would wait for the bugs to be fixed in Conan Exiles. Perhaps my grandchildren can count on fixing a couple of bugs. But I’m not even sure about that.
Yes i never trust the exended holyday times, always try to log in as normal and extra mutch around the time when it gos back!
Man. This just ain’t right. I’ve been logging in religiously for 3 years and funcom stolid all my thralls. They are forcing me to actually have to play to replace those thralls and level all them up. It’s going to be weeks before I can go back to serial refreshing.
There are ways to power level them both in El and siptah. Level 20s in INE kill.

So true. Lost all 95 of mine. Funcom completely ignores the issue. Was going to buy the dungeon set but now i will never give them another dime. Skipping dune also, it will be the same buggy frustrating mess. In the process of deleting everything and parking my character. Probably never return.

Last time we had Ignasi apologizing ang giving people something for thier loses. Same thing goes with everything it’s unconfortable. Their policy is now to ignore.
Put pressure on their social media. That works as people outside this space can SEE what’s going on.
It’s sistemic , No comments regarding the fall thru build pieces. No info regarding other old Bugs ( not Even apologies)
Heck , no Even a Word about server Transfer people has asked for years , they simple ignore it.
