WTF?
Logging in once a week to prevent decaying of my bases. One is in the exiled lands and one is on Siptah.
Both bases are empty. No more thralls around. Are you serious???
This game surely is completely done, man.

Have you bothered to check your event log?
Other than that if you only log in once a week and are therefore not providing them with adequate food maybe they just revolted and left? 
The log says all thralls are gone because the owner was offline for too long… 
So basically expanded decay timer is only for buildings and not for thralls.
