All Official exiled land servers have thrall decay time set to 1 day

Decay Timers were just adjusted from Summer Hours. Something must have gone wrong with the script that changes the .ini on servers.

End of Summer decay timers on Official Servers August 2023

Hello, fellow Exiles, We hope you all enjoyed some nice Summer holidays in our Exiled Lands, either by the beach under the scorching sun, with some skiing on our icy mountains, or by killing your enemies in battle! But like Summer, all good things must come to an end, and with September getting closer and closer, our double decay timers will be terminated on the 31st of August. This means we will be back to the 10-day decay timer, no more lollygaggin’ now! See you at war, Exiles!
