All Roads Lead to Rome not marked as done in all places

I have completed the mission All Roads Lead to Rome.

The mission marker in London has the check mark, but the mission marker in Agartha on the Paragon Activities finder does not and is pulsing (as is the MEZ raid mission marker, but I have not done that one).

That’s a breadcrumb mission that leads you to the actual mission. They’re actually two “separate” missions to be completed and will show up as such in the mission journal.
