I’ll start by saying that I play on the official server and I have my 9000 hours of play. The server I play on now in pve is quite full with extensive construction due to altars and animal enclosures. Why not intervene on the dimensions of the enclosure and the distances between altars to allow better management of the enormous spaces required?

I think people are confusing WANT with NEED.
You want all those alters, you do not need them.
You want all those animal pens; for some absurd reason, you don’t need them.
You want Hogwarts you don’t need it.
You want the roman temple district you don’t need it.
I have no idea why most everyone on a public server thinks it’s theirs to pave over. If you want to show off your massive building skill DO NOT DO IT ON A PUBLIC SERVER, it isn’t yours.
I started a new game with the last big update, I rocketed to level cap, and am now farming fragments. My entire base is no bigger then the foot print of a map room, not 3 stories, and one connected temple.
Why the fornicate do people seem to think the public servers are theirs to pave over?
YOU ARE SHARING THAT SERVER that is why there is a ToC, read it before you end up on the forum posting about your builds vanishing for some reason.
The time to find out your build was in violation isn’t after it gets admined.
This is why I think the servers need periodic wipes. Too many people building and either not knowing or not caring how their build effect other players games or severer stability.
READ THE FORNICATING ToC for Set’s sake. If you can use “enormous” to describe your build it’s probably in violation of the ToC.

They have, it’s called the ToC, you’re promoted to read it every time you log in for a reason.
“Unless I’m allowed to continue to violate the ToC I’ll quit”.
Just because you bought content does not mean you own the PUBLIC SERVER.
How will you react when someone reports you, your build gets wiped, and you and your clan get a nice 2 week vacation from the official servers?
That is what it takes to get it though to some people thy do not own the servers.
