I dont understand grant yes rather big but they appear to have built out in the water an for the most part outta the way again not truing to b a butt or smartelic with just ummm okay can u explain better asking cause i like to build rather big not that big but different folks different strokes an i tend to build my bigger stuff atop moutains or rses or even in the water so im outta peoples way
Looking again i also see ur on siptah those lil shallow lakes around the grey ones areas are great to build in i thought there kinda outta the way easy to go around never had anyone else pov on it is it in ur way when u play ? Askkng again not to b a butt but if it is then i may rethink an adjust some of my other builds like i said lol i try an stay outta peoples way dont wanna mess up there gametime you know
See that is the issue, none of the violations have anything to do with size.
#1 Bridge.
#2 Paths or webbing land claim.
#3 Walled compound.
Not sure why when you say ToC violation peoples first thought is size. Look at the examples funcom provides of ToC violations. Those examples are my guide.

Okay kool to be fair ur right everyones like dude thats not to big or it is ur well ur right lol i can see ur point there let me look at ur guide an relook at the pics cause like i may build a wall around my place or place spikes or something against my walls but thats only cause like i dont have a separate base for purges but out past that i have never never tried the foundation webbing like ur talking about or even like a circle of watch towers or torches to land claim thats just lame lol let me look again though like i said i can actually mrssage u here to see what some of the stuff i may have been unknowingly doing so i dont aggrivate people an screw up there good time ya know an thank u
See thats one there how does a bridge connecting to his base from land so that his foot print on land an being in the way is lessened to others hurt anything ? Also so he built a wall around hes base whys that a bad thing ?again not getting snarky or smart just trying to get reasons behind a different view point

A bridge IS Just against TOC when her are used to land claim you can check READ TOC email They and ask i have done It before i still have e-mail talking with yog , If the bridge IS connect to he base and have a purpose her isnt again the TOC.
The webbing land claim are against the TOC.
But again like you can SEE It a base in mid of NOTHING why people cant pass for It ? What It base are hurting others people ? Why funcom need waste time to check It base when They can use the time to check make others things?

You shall stop cry everytime you see a bridge , Road , big base or little base dont hurt anyone. of course Theres others cases like a big base with huge lag or a little cabin with 37462 taxiderm and torchs.
Right now i Just think you play the game to search others people bases to cry in forum and maybe Because It you didnt make ANY friend yet in all the 4 servers you played PLEASE Go play the game you are not the funcom Supervisor of servers.

Now you want to start slinging accusations and personal insults, lets go, we got the weekend.
My opinion funcom needs to check any builds you have on any public server you’re on. I can guarantee they are ToC violating with out ever seeing them. The only reason to vehimetly argue it’s ok to brake the rules, is if you are breaking the rules.
Now I had an epiphany long ago and gave up reporting anyone for any thing. Doesn’t mean I agree it’s ok to violate the ToC, I just know it does little to no good reporting any of it. Unless you are a clan on a PVP server. My single report means little and may never be acted on.
If your ToC violating build hasn’t been admined it isn’t because it’s ok, it’s because there hasn’t been enough zendesk reports made. You think you are safe, then enough reports are made for funcom moderators to investigate, and poof, another forum post “dude, where’s my base”.

Since i know the rules i play for many years and i always asked about questions by email i know what IS wrong also im friend of everyone in my server , im not like you dont have friends and play the game to talk about others players bases If funcom need ban and remove Someone from the game It people IS you a Guy with no friends are always searching problems in others people server my god you played in 4 servers and you still unhappy…

First up, I’m an antisocial hermit, I couldn’t give a flying fornication less about friends on a server. I play solo, a clan of me. But I like to walk around the neighborhood and wave at the neighbors.
Next why do you have this deep seated need to make me out to be some sort of villain?
Not that I mind the role.
But I have been on far more then 4 servers. I have no idea how many since Conan dropped. Eighteen is probably not far off. Now Since 3.0 hit, I came back, checked my available characters, selected the one that could pretty well chew through anything and settled in. A bit back I was FTFU with the server I was on and went hunting for a new one. Have been to 6, 0 reports

That is not what the purpose of the ToC is. You have no responsibility to report. It is not a requirement. Only a suggestion.

I don’t know what you mean.
It may be me inferring but I remember it being implied that you agree to be part of the zendesk system when you agree to the ToC. Whether you are active or not it up to you, and that is where the system falls flat on it’s face.
Yes funcom admin has made some mistakes, but they wouldn’t have made those mistakes if it wasn’t for the erroneous reports that got them to investigate.
PVE wouldn’t be so over run with ToC violating builds if the system didn’t depend on players for it to function. I mean it’s PVE who wants to be that guy? I don’t, I have better things to do with my time then waste it filing a detailed report to be ignored. It wouldn’t be used as a weapon in PVP if it wasn’t so easily exploitable.

No there’s never been anything about agreeing to be part of Zendesk in all the iterations, only the link to the Help Center.
When agreeing to play on Officials the ToC is there to follow as rules. That is where your responsibility as a player begins and ends. IF another player is doing something that impacts you that is against the rules you CAN submit a report. You’re never required to do it.
I just wanted to make sure this is clarified because no one is beholden to be an HOA for others, only for themselves.
But mistakes are a different realm in all of this. It is a symptom of an issue in their internal processes.
