Animal Pens - Not Enough Contact with Ground

When trying to place an Animal Pen or Reinforced Animal pen on Stonebrick Foundation base that is 8 blocks by 11 blocks, I receive the Error Message - Not Enough Contact with Ground.

I previously place an Armored Animal Pen on the exact same size foundation block (8 x 11) with no problem.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Place Stonebrick foundation blocks to build an 8 block by 11 block foundation.
  2. Try to place an Animal Pen or Reinforced Animal Pen.
  3. Receive message - Not Enough Contact with Ground.
