10 days isn’t much time and I’d hate to lose my castle that’s on a public PVE server. Any way to get more time?

No. But is there someone at home that can log you in long enough to stand around for a minute? Or maybe get a clanmate who can? Maybe one of the more trustworthy members here would be willing?

Is it possible to invite someone to my clan without giving them permission to alter my buildings, or add their own buildings under the clan name (putting me at risk for land claim abuse punishment)?
No, you can still build in a clan, regardless of membership tier level. What is your platform? Someone on the forum may be able to help you temporarily. They will understand your desire to keep things as they are and respect the rules. They likely won’t even do anything but log into the server to refresh for you, just as @stelagel mentioned.
The alternative is what @Kikigirl suggested. However, that will only work effectively with a good enough connection to internet. Going to the mountains or some part of the world where WiFi may be poor won’t cut it.

No. But the players here are veterans, they don’t care about your buildings, neither your belongings. What can you possibly have that they haven’t seen all these years? And on the other hand, why a player that comes to aid you would risk his own s…t on the servers he plays?
The ban risk is greater to the one that comes to aid you, that’s why i told you…
Because if you don’t i’ll leave clan anyway.
And no i don’t need you to bring me anything, i can come and find you, over 8k hours m8 is not a little thing.

So, that’s unnecessarily unkind. And that is your choice.
However, you came here asking for help with something, offers were made. Offers, not demands. A simple, " I appreciate the offer, I am exploring other options." would have been enough.
That was not the choice you made.
And it will color your interactions with folks, to your detriment.
Which is, entirely your choice. I just conclude it is a poor one.
But, then again, I am merely a curmudgeonly old man and can be ignored safely.

Exactly this. Most of the people on my home server have been there for years and most of us are in each other’s clans as a contingency. Several have been hospitalized and it’s nice to be able to come back to a digital home as well as a real one. I have Siptah stuff on EL and I trust my guy.
If you can’t find someone I’d suggest body vaulting everything important.
And I’m sure @Kikigirl said something similar in her guide.

Not sure what system you’re on, but I was able to remote in on PlayStation daily from India to Australia. Wasn’t bad connection considering how crap our internet usually is in Australia.

@stelagel is the most trustworthy player I know. He’s a friend and a great player. I did several playthroughs with him and I would trust him to play with my son while I was busy.
He helped many players in situations similar to yours.
You, otoh, I wouldn’t touch with a 10 foot pole.

Trust is a 2 way street.
You should start thinking about how your going to rebuild your castle.
That’s awesome that you have that, very cool to have trusted people to rely on 
I didn’t mention bodyvaulting in the post as I wanted to make sure it was strictly on refreshing by other means.
BVing is an excellent option and probably the least impactful.

Agreed. He’s helped me a few times. One time in particular was after I was suspended, wiped, and had to rebuild. He helped gather stone for a few sessions. Another was farming to get the Final Breath torch for @Marylambs

No I didn’t. I saw him explain to you why no veteran player would be remotely interested in messing up with your stuff, so you could be at ease.
He offered help in good faith and you were an a$$ about it, @innocentexile .
