Hi, I think the decay timer needs to be raised to 30 days, people got to travel sometimes for 2+ weeks, and it sucks having to lose your castle because of it.

Why would you have to login from your phone when you need to be away? Why force players into unnecessary distraction or inconvenience when this can be easily fixed by raising the decay timer? Isnāt the purpose of the game is to have a happy & satisfied community of players? Balance is a key. Raising it to 30 days would address it heads on, and itās a simple fix

You donāt have to.
The decay system is in place to mitigate player build clutter and abandonment. If youāre on an Official it is enabled on purpose because you share the server with others.
I personally think that if you canāt log in then you should just let it go. In fact, I would be unhappy with anything above 10 days.
The above are suggestions so that you can get around it. Alternatively you can add someone to your clan so they can refresh it for you.

I think it needs to be dropped back to a week. My opinion a good potion of the builds on the public servers are serial refreshers that are not actually playing the game. Just taking up space on the server.

10 days is fine as it is.
Serial refreshers are going to refresh regardless the time and it was bumped up to 10 days for a very good reason; it gives a chance for weekend players to save their stuff when major issues happen over the weekend.

Nothing on public servers is permanent.
You donāt own the land it built on, you are leasing and the upkeep timer is the recurring fee.
If you cannot log in, make a friend, add them to your clan, and have them refresh for you.
Of course, friendship and trust are precious commodities, and most people have precious little of either.

Norwegians will never understand raising the decay timer. Why? Because they quite possibly might be the only people on the planet that work so little they canāt understand not being able to login to a video game for 10 days.
I lived in Norway for a few years. While I was there I met many foreigners and one of them told me a funny joke other Europeans have to describe Norwegian work ethic:
An American, a Frenchman, and a Norwegian were sitting in a bar. As they were talking to each other each began to brag about their home country, and the discussion wandered over to who had the most beautiful women.
The American said that American women were the most beautiful because in America āWomens dresses were always tight, but not because the dresses were so small, but because the American women were so voluptuous!ā

Itās no coincidence that, at least to my knowledge, the only Norwegian video game company also tanked games with big potential (like Age of Conan, The Secret World) and is known for creating buggy/glitchy games (Conan Exiles).

I donāt use translation on my own language and nobody can translate old folklore Greek sayings unless heās a Greek explaining it in other languages.

Iām going to assume you are Norwegian due to your outrage at a joke on the internet. I advise you to take the advice I have always given to people that get offended on the internet: Get some thicker skin, otherwise you shouldnāt be surfing the web.

Still of the opinion we need to go back to a week.
On the server Iām on I spend a lot of time on foot. And I check decay timers on some places; anything built on a path. Iāve watched so many drop down to the last day, then back to full. When I check the name itās not one I see logged on at all; yes I check when I log in.
I have to wonder how many people arenāt players, they just serial refresh because they donāt want to lose what they have hoarded. But then you know Iām the wipe guy soā¦
I think it should be raised to 12 days, Up from 10. For example. In PA there was a bad Storm that knocked power out for some for 5-7 days. I was out all week. from Tuesday until Friday. Some folk didnāt get their power back until monday. If you hadnāt been online the day your base needed refreshing, there may have been a chance you got your stuff deleted.
