I see they are selling the Nemedian Chroniclers Archive again in the bazaar when they know it is bugged! Shows how little they think of their customers selling known faulty items ! Just money grabbing.

The Bazaar drop-cycles are likely ‘outsourced’ or automated so one tentacle not chatting to the other tentacles - and as with any and all in game purchases, any and all games, Buyer indeed be warned.
