Seems like people have been reporting it for a while
How can they do that? They cant attack you ouside raid hours afaik
@Aleetoo Certain NPCs can.
Oh, you mean wild ones? not thralls?
I dont want to give too many details but it is possible even on pve servers. It is not a new bug, sadly.
EDIT: might be even a feature.
How can ppl help you without details? lol
Players cant help op even with the details. The only one who can is Funcom and they have proper reports for the issue already.
Are you gonna guard our buildings when we’re offline? Else you can’t help
Giving details would only teach more people the trick.
That bug is still ingame?
Probably because of purges… This are also normal NPCs and can damage your buildings.
Mostly only 1 type of NPC is used… Just disable the dmg from that as temp fix.
Well, sorry, I just wanted to help. Didn’t know that was a glitch or something, I tought was some thralls doing weird stuff as usual lol
You want to remove the best feature ever? What more? Creative/admin rights?
It’s tecnically PvE, it’s using the environment at your advantage.
I’m not against npc’s damaging buildings. I’m against them doing it outside raid hours, when building damage is supposed to be turned off.
So you’re saying you want the purge to work only in raid hours, otherwise turning damage off will make purge useless.
Huh. We are not talking about purges here though. We are talking about npcs which you can pick at any time of the day to do the damage. Purges are limited to “raid hours” anyway (prime time) at least on officials. Their window is in fact shorter even 18-22.
I think the problem lies in that this same NPC is used to clear troll builds by the PVE community. The fix really should be that any thrall i have should aggro, but i have a feeling they don’t because the owner of the thralls is not taking any damage, just the buildings. Make thralls aggro more aggressively in land claim area, and one could at least set up the defense to this.
