Awnings and banners should not have wind animations inside a sheltered area+ no rain under tents

I very much enjoy decorating my houses but it looks silly swaying in the wind while inside. I hope this could be acheived easily. I also wish we could have non functional decorative beds and bedrolls. Small things that would make a big difference
