I was curious to know how larger builders base defense went since we got the thralls limits. Myself, aside of the neighbors purge that somehow spawned inside one of my buildings, spamming palisades around my structures seems to work pretty well they hold off the purge long enough for us to run around with thralls clearing them. So the actual structure barely get damaged. The main downside of the palisades spamming is all the new players that manage to get stuck into them sometime.
