Best craftable armour for thralls?

They’re perfectly fine for my thralls. I don’t require them to have extra hit points or armour due to who I have in my arsenal

Ive always used the heavy dragonbone set, transmogged to look the way I want.

I understand that not everybody goes out of their way to optimize gear, but as I said, your choices should not be in a thread about “best craftable armor for thralls”…because they aren’t optimal choices.

also sub optimal considering only the chest has +str dmg…the +HP is on the rest of the set is irrelevant for most thralls you’d wanna take into combat.
I don’t mean that you need to change what you do, but this is a thread about “best craftable armor for thralls” and only the chest piece is worthy of that list.

Ive always used the heavy dragonbone set too

On Siptah I mix and match sets while Transmoging.

I prefer highest AC possible.

Currently with Bulked Plating my thralls have 2,300 AC “before” stats are factored in.

Most thralls sit at around 2,300-2,390 AC. I have a few outliers with 1 of my thralls having almost 2,700 AC.

i usually go for higher damage ,

black knight tasset 8% str damage
mediun silent legion 8% str dmg
dragon bone heavy armor 8% str dmg
frost giant boots 8% str dmg
wolf helm 15% str damage

all with bulked plating. they usually are around 1700AC to 2200 (max one)

this setup is erally powerfull with thralls that sports high damage multiplier ( khartok of the great beast, aesir berserker, akhnu the mad, and specially the jhebbal sag veterans that you can capture, some of this thralls has 2.4 to 2.5 damage multiplier, give them momentums or hanuman gada, and they smelt anything very quickly,

(i use a corrupted build that really push damage on thralls)

I like this for my STR based melee thralls:

Strength (Thralls)

Redeemed Legion Helmet (heavy) - +6% STR Damage (220)
Voidforged Dragon Ribs (heavy) - +6% STR Damage (420)
Pictish Warchief Leggings (heavy) - +3% STR damage (250)
Silent Legion Medium Gauntlets (medium) - +6% STR Damage (55)
Pictish Warchief Boots (heavy) - +3% STR Damage (100)

If those don’t work out for you, here are a few alternates that you can select from:

Strength Alternates

Redeemed Legion Helmet (heavy) - +6% STR Damage (220)
Godbreaker Helmet (heavy) - +5 Stamina, Gas Protection (264)

Voidforged Dragon Leggins (heavy) - +10 Stamina (300)
Champion’s Leggings (heavy) - +3% STR damage (250)

hmm most of this items gives +8 with a t4 armorer.,

pictish boots : is 5% with t4 armorer.

your list seems to apply only to EL armors, siptah does have some better options there.

Yes, Exiled Lands. Siptah is incomplete content tho.

there is peoiple in EL that has siptah recipes with the server transfer. so they do or might havbe access to better gear

i respectfully disagree , how is siptah incomplete? if you could please elaborate?
i do agree it could use some love , access to other dungeos, (,midnight grove is compatible wqith siptah,) and i could make a case about the sunken dungeon too. if they would want to.

thankx.

The regional language translations are incomplete. When I kill a Stygian Fighter II, after he falls, his corpse container is named in it’s original Norwegian.

The UI controls are TOTALLY jacked up.

Textures are incomplete, and can be seen through at certain angles.

All of the out in the world loot chests are end-game-level loot quality. With star metal bars and obsidian bars. Even when you wash up on the beach.

NOTHING in the Siptah map game is balanced properly.

Enemies use “borrowed” or placeholder character models. Imps = Goblins. In fact - I think that there are two different varieties of “goblins” that are imps.

Siptah as no method for acquiring Kurak pants. But it features a “Kurak Cave” so that you can unlock sorcery. Seems a bit foolish that “Kurak” is in the Siptah map story enough for a cave to unlock sorcery, but you cannot find him and wear his pants.

Siptah is incomplete. It is not a full game.

yeah Siptah has some pros and cons…

your list is Siptah only, which is definitely a good contribution to this thread but is behind DLC paywall.

The Pictish Warchief boots (100) have less armor than the Perfected Heavy armor boots (110) from the Armorer Journey step and are also from a DLC.

it wasn’t stated by the OP, but I think P2W items should be flagged as such and base game alternatives should be listed instead.

your alternatives list makes no sense as thrall armor…

I see follower dmg, stamina, carry and health all over the place, even on light armor…

those are definitely not “alternatives”

Okay.

Don’t come to my thread, then, when I ask you for input. Else I will crap all over you as you have done me.

That’s just my armor cheat sheet. If you don’t like what I’ve recommended, go Google and look it up yourself.

TBH, nothing in conan exiles is properly balanced. there are issues everywhere!

XD

and as far as teh armors, thanks for your guide and effort, truly appreciated, even when i might have a few things that i do not agree on the list.

this thread was started by Steffen, asking for info on what stats are best on Thrall armor…
it just happened so, that appart from +dmg% and Armor, no other stats are worth looking at, and some don’t even do anything for a thrall.

Your first suggestion was pretty much perfect, appart from one item being DLC content.

Your alternatives make ZERO sense for any thrall you want to take to combat.

I’m not crapping over your comment, I even liked it for the first list you posted, but your alternatives, are far removed from “optimal” for thralls.

Alternatives as I understand it, would be agility dmg type armor…but there is nothing out of the ordinary in the game appart from the +5% agi dmg unless you sacrifice all armor and give your thrall the golden bikini, which is also locked behind a DLC. Which makes the only actual +agility dmg armor for thralls, without buying a DLC the Stygian Soldier armor, or after you complete the armorer journey the Perfected Heavy Armor.

And, as I said, Siptah is a whole new ball game, but since it is a DLC should not be a recommendation to new players… the whole DLC should not be a recommendation, for the reason you listed yourself.
