Billing support hours

I have to ask. Does billing support work on the weekends? I just want to know if I should be pissed that I haven’t received a response yet 24 hours after resubbing.

Be patient… there are lots of tickets they have to handle. People usually wait 3-5 days for a response. I’m also waiting for a ticket response, but I guess we just need to have some patience.
