Been playing for a while now have base setup seen blue eyed alligator down the beach me and my thrall went down to fight to level her up it killed her and my horse and my other animals then killed me I respawned back in my base not the alligator has also respawned in my base? Logged in and out many times he is still in my base? so when will that bug be fixed? or do i dismantle my whole base and move it
Wait it out. Maybe a server reset will fix it. Alternatively can you agro him, and lead him out of your base? Then lock your base back up?
make some screens locations and etc, probably you build around miniboss spawnpoint, and for some reason your structures didnt block him from spawning

Its a corrupted crocodile right? Use stone daggers if you don’t have access to your kit. Heavy Attack twice and then dodge away, wait for its attack to go off then get behind or on the side behind the back leg and repeat.
If you die, keep at it, its actually good practice to be able to kill one of these things like that.
When you do kill it, make sure to harvest it, it’ll have some decent drops.

This blue eyed crock is random miniboss right? he is not that hard to kill… i dont get this problem

Crocodiles, Wolves, Hyenas, and a few other creatures have a 2% chance of spawning as an ‘elite’ version. They feel like bosses, but they can spawn on any regular spawn. You can usually tell a spawn is an elite by it having glowing eyes.
When harvested they drop demonblood and randomly other materials like alchemical base and sometimes even bestial memory potions.

Yep i love those mini random bosses especially rocknose (very expensive recourses like gold and etc). But they are just elite versions of regular beasts, and not hard to kill… so, if corrupted croc occupies this base, and not a world boss croc, i don’t understand the issue (just kill him)…
