Correct. And if we were limited to lvl 30, we would be forced to defeat any- and everything with up to lvl 30 weapons. And being limited in terms of stats, further lowering our OPness… might be interesting.
This would actually be interesting, but to be honest, if you want to try this out you can already self impose it.
Use the points you acquire up to 30 for your stats and feats, and then just stop using them from 31-60.
I will say good luck even getting to the Black Keep let alone killing the Kinscourge with level 30 stats. LOL

Haha. Well dungeons would likely turn out to be content for multiple people.
… Or soft exploiting by using some bow and arrows.
Does someone know of a mod like that?
