[There is a clan named ACDDD who build their base in a mountain. Just INSIDE of a mountain. It is not reachable for anyone. It is not supposed to hold anything inside but there are bunch of fighter throlls(I can hear) and multiple temples. I think this is not just a bug but a cheating program.
I thought it could be a cave but when i checked the place in singleplay, it wasn’t. This is unacceptable bug especially in PVP server. They break into my base but there is nothing i can do to them. Literally nothing. I feel so helpless. I have some screenshots that can show this issue but i cannot attach here because i’m a new member of this community.
I don’t know about other regions’ situation but in Asia? Hack and bug users are destroying everything including players’ hope and will to play this game.
I simply don’t understand how their stuffs can be maintained that well in the inappropriate place. Bug users are the only users who can be protected perfectly by Funcom.
I suggest Funcom to check this server and clean it up. It must be all gone. Need to do something before you lose all customers.
After all of these frustrating issues, the one thing that makes even harder to stand is I have no idea what I can do or where/who I can tell!!! There must be a direct channel regarding bug reporting and hack reporting within the game or wherever in service platform. I had to search for the method of reporting. This whole process is so unnecessary and discouraging.]
