[We are on a server (DM me for details) and after we popped our God Bubble none of us can get back into our base and our base is not rendering in properly. Also a lot of angry people joined the server and steam IDs were not showing properly. Essentially we can’t do anything right now. None of our base ie rendering in.]

Regarding the SteamIDs, if you are having issues trying to admin players in your server, you can access the admin panel in-game and select the player in question from there.
OP seems be on an official server.
But saw some other treads about this steam-ID stuff. Still on official seems.

So this is on an official server and the plot thickens. We popped God Bubble and then we got locked out of our base. All of us. Stamina wouldn’t regenerate. Base walls and doors weren’t rendering in. Then we wake up this morning and the archpriest that popped the bubble was stolen from within a base that had double huge walls. Someone had said that they saw someone walking through walls earlier that day too. And at the same time some toxic people came on the server and leveled from 15 to 60 in less than an hour.
I would bet anything someone cheated to do this. Literally within 30 minutes of us popping the bubble 6 of us all get locked out of our own base and can’t do anything. Next morning priest is stolen…

My clan has built our base in the Crevice. When we cross from the tundra into the northern winterlands (D11 - E11), we seem to be having the following happen:
- stamina bar stops working
- pets continue walking forward, cannot be placed, cannot follow
- bases will not load, foundations and building mats cannot be placed
- a character’s body will be on a different locale than they see (ex: my character got attacked and crippled by a bear that was some meters away.)
- sometimes cannot eat or drink
- returning to tundra/other lands does not solve the issue
- occasional rubberbanding
- issue is typically resolved if we log off, wait for a while, and then log back in. Sometimes we must wait hours before it works properly again
My wife and I use the same wifi/internet and will play at the same time. This glitch happens at different times for us. It does not always happen, but is significantly gamebreaking when it does.
There is nothing strange noted in the Event Logs. The server has no mods and has only lengthened the timing of purges and altered the day/night cycle. Otherwise all server settings are default. The server is restarted regularly.
It may be related to the timing around when the starmetal meteors fall. I noticed that it tends to happens shortly after we hear the meteors crash. However, I cannot confirm this. (Just adding as a possible place to help look into the bug.)

- Log in in the tundra (Northlands with no snow - specific area for us is D11 The Crevice to E11 Lake by Bridge of the Betrayer.)
- Have some buildings/foundations in both areas.
- Run character from Tundra to Snow covered highlands.
- May be related to timing around starmetal meteors falling - unsure.
Sounds like you’ve got the desync bug. I’ve found it is based in locale. Cheers mate. Same here.
Edited for clarity: When I say based in locale, I mean wherever the bug occurrs. As in, if you can get to a spawn point outside of the area where the bug is happening, you can play freely. Enter within the bug’s range, the same effects will happen again.

Sound really like so reported desync bug here.
Because, i build a base in singleplayer at the exact same location, and there isn’t any strange behavior at all. I have meteors falling often, also no change then. So yes, may be only server and not location related.

same problem every day. yesterday i died and after respawn at my bed structures doesnt load. many doors and walls etc. loaded doors cant be open. not possible to get back my items, because there is no corpse to loot, lost all my items.
looks like noone is interested for this problem,

I don’t think you are being ignored but you gave very little information about the problem. The four lines at the top are important to the devs to try and fix something. Next time you post it would be good to select one from each line.

Since you are on an official server, there is a form that will alert them about a potential server problem. Although it probably should be in one of those links above, I cannot find the URL, sorry.
With a little more info, I am sure @Ignasi will respond.

hi, i have this problem again.
first time i get this problem, i died and respawn at my bed. … not loaded and i cant get back my items, because at the grave where no corpse to loot. i tryd this day many time to log in, but always same.
next morning, after server restart, game load correct and i could play normal.
later at the afternoon i get this problem again. and now, since 5 days everyday the same, anytime in the afternoon game crash and i can wait for the next day.
i played this morning and everything is ok. i logged out and later, as i want play again, i came on the server, and many walls doors npc etc are not here. if i stand on a lost wall, i fall down after login.
i can wait and wait, but the server dont load all.
this morning i speak with other players, they dont have any problems. only me and my clanfriend, he have the same problems.
i have tryed any like router restart, pc restart. graficdriver is actually. when i check program for errors, there is everything ok. this afternoon, i delete conan and install new, same problem.
hour again, i create on a pvp server new avatar, there seems be all ok.
sorry, im german and my english is not so well.
i hope this help you, and so you can help me.
pls restart server, so i can play this evening a little bit.

Secondly, and more to the point, perhaps @Ignasi can give us some feedback on the issue?
It seems to be affecting more and more people, not good for customer relations or future sales. The reviews of CE are littered with bug complaints and I/we want Funcom to make money through sales so the game continues.

It seems you were affected by a currently known issue introduced with the building optimizations. Current workaround is to relog into the game.
Regarding looting your corpse, the looting is done through the tombstone, not the corpse. This change was introduced to prevent previous situations in which the player’s corpse could disappear under certain circumstances.
Finally, to report server outages and ask for a server restart, you can access the tool located here.

Since yesterday (Friday) I started to have problems loading into the game and loading my building. Yesterday I couldn’t even get past the loading screen and when I did my building would not load. Waited for like 30 minutes for it to load but it never did. Eventually I stopped trying and just quitted.
Today (Saturday) I tried again and for some reason I did get in. So I started to build my tower upwards (still had some materials). But when I went down (I am on a huge tower in the middle of the desert on 8F) suddenly it started lagging again and it refused to load the building again.
I tried changing the graphic settings on many different settings like ultra, medium, low, 1080p, 720p and ‘low end laptop’. But nothing seems to work. I left it to load for another 30 minutes today but still no result.
What I can do is apparently remove bracelet and die, Then select a bed/bedroll that is far away from my big building, get stuck in loading screen, force shut down game, start again and load, in my case I get stuck inside a foundation stone when I load at my little outpost (I think it’s because it’s 1x1… but not sure), So I remove bracelet yet again, and now the second time I spawn normally in my small outpost and everything is fine. Now I can just run around again and play the game normally. But…
But then when I get close to my big building again in the middle of the desert it starts to refuse to load again and I get stuck inside the same loading bug again and I have to die again to get out of this mess again.
So maybe its because I hit some kind of building limit where I build something simply too big and it can’t load anymore, Or it’s some kind of loading problem where some items can’t correctly load and the system tries to keep loading and loading (which it can’t) so you get suck inside an eternal loading loop.
I don’t know… but what I do know is that this is very annoying and I can’t get to my stuff this way… I hope this will be resolved fast because I can’t play the game like this.
PS: I use the following hardware/software to run the game:
- Windows 10 pro 64 bit
- NVIDIa Geforce GTX 1080
- Intel core I7-6700k (4GHz) (no i dont enable overclocking)
- 32GB of ram
- DirectX 12
- Steam

- Wait for loading screen to finish loading (if it ever will)
- Wait for building to load (which it never will)

Have you tried moving your spawn point/bed just outside your building and running a fair distance away, then returning?

Yes, same result. Once I get out of reach from my big tower the game works fine. Once I get back to the tower it will get that loading bug.
