Buzzing and muffled audio on new Windows 11 laptop

Hi I’ve been doing everything I can think of to figure this out but have not been able to so far. I just installed SWL on a new windows 11 laptop. The first little audio stinger when the patcher is done doing its thing is fine. However once I get to the login screen there is a loud buzzing that persists through the login and into the game. I can hear the normal game audio but it sounds like it is muffled and in the background. I have a wired and a wireless headset that this is happening on. If I switch the Audio to the internal speakers then it stops. Things I have tried so far

Uninstalling and reinstalling SWL
Uninstalling and reinstalling Razer Synapse
Running Repair Broken Data in the SWL launcher
Toggling between DX9 and 11 in the SWL launcher
Turning off all audio enhancements in Synapse
Toggling the headset as the default communication device.
Checked for updates for the laptop (HP ZBook)
Using a different port for both the wired and wireless headset.
Toggling exclusive mode in the Windows Device settings for the headset
Changing the sound quality of the headset ion the WIndows device settings
Adjusted Speaker Setup Settings in SWL
Adjusted Sound Output format on the Troubleshooting tab of the Audio settings.
Logged into the game and ported to Agartha. Issue persisted there as well.

There may be other things that I am forgetting as well. Hoping someone can help me out here. It pretty much makes the game unplayable

Check the audio filters for headphones? They added that to the audio routing with windows 10. Since it stops when switched to internal speakers we know it’s not the game.
