Cannot leave clan (Clan Leader but not)

The game tells me on official server #1060 that i am a clan leader so i cannot leave the clan or upload my character.

But i am only “officier” with another guy in the clan who is not online.

Can someone help pls leaving the clan?

Should I send screenshots or is it a known bug?
