Can't create a character on any server

Bug Description:

Any time I try to join a server where I don’t already have a character, the game freezes just before the gender selection. I can open the ESC menu but only settings and exit to main menu are selectable.

If I select singleplayer, I can load into Siptah and Exiled Lands & create a character without issue.

If I use a different account, on the same PC, I can join any server without issue.

I’ve checked the Conan logs and found this line:

LogVivox:Error: Unable to find matching character FA6BA10A1FD544D97

I’m not sure if it’s relevant or helpful, but I feel like it is. I made this account so I could ask for help and forums won’t let me upload the full log.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Join any server without an already existing character in it.
