Please keep in mind, your game password is managed separately from your website password. This is because your game account is managed under a separate, master Funcom account. The Funcom account is used for the website, and the game account is used for the game.
If you’ve recently reset your website password through the password reset page, please be aware that you’ll still need to log in to account management and update your game passwords. After updating your game password, please allow up to 15 minutes for the system to finish updating before trying to log in with the new information.
If you’re unable to log in to account management after resetting your website password, please check if you are using a VPN or proxy service. These services can sometimes interfere with your ability to connect to our website. We recommend disabling any VPN or proxy services before trying again.
