If your on exiled lands go to the north side of the bridge of the betrayer and there is an event that spawns the bloodmoon beast from Siptah dlc.

Lucky me!, I got there and there was this giant scary demon, spitting acid and slugs!
I got to kill him and completed the challenge 
.
We were mending our wounds, then a lot of people spawned, we killed them, but one stood in the center of the Circle of Power and two giants with hammers appeared and made me run to the nearest map 
.
No idea what that was, but I didn’t seem to hurt them.

The no damage thing is just a visual glitch. They will eventually go down if you keep hitting them.

At least some Siptah monsters spawned by Exiled Lands events don’t count for the challenge. The Mi-Go spawned in the Portal to Yuggoth event don’t count, for example - not even the final boss. And the Blood-Moon Beast is a bloody annoying fight.

I like fighting it. The acid pool it spits kills its own annoying minions, so I can focus on the monster only. Would be better if it had faster attacks, you can easily walk away from them.
