Hello!, I encountered a serious issue that has made my character completely inaccessible.
The server was experiencing heavy lag and poor connectivity when I entered a portal. My character became stuck halfway inside the portal and was unable to move or escape.
Since there was no way to free my character, I removed my bracelet to respawn. Instead of respawning at my bed, my character began falling endlessly through the world. Shortly afterward, I was disconnected from the server.
Since then, every attempt to join the server results in an immediate disconnect during the loading process. It appears my character is trapped beneath the map, making it impossible to log in.
Steps to reproduce:
- Experience severe server lag.
- Enter a portal.
- Become stuck inside the portal.
- Remove the bracelet to respawn.
- Character falls through the world instead of respawning.
- Disconnect from the server.
- Any subsequent login attempt immediately disconnects.
Expected result:
The character should respawn at the assigned bed or another valid safe location.
Actual result:
The character appears to be stuck beneath the world, causing an immediate disconnect every time I try to join the server.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, were you able to recover your character, or did a server administrator or support team have to move the character to a safe location?
PS: I’ve already submitted a support ticket, but I’d like to know if anyone else has experienced the same issue in the last week.
