Were is the demon spider chest in the cave ?
Anyone?
Below the neck and above the belly? 
Seriously though, I’m not entirely sure what cave you’re referring to, but I think some of those bosses may not actually have chests nearby.

Scuttlers shortcut , the demon spider in there . Drops a key .
He is supposed to spawn in on the large round platform/amphitheatre down the bottom, around the centre of the passage. Here is an image.
However, I have noticed that it can sometimes take him a while to spawn in, and sometimes he doesnt at all. If you are determined to find him, just keep making return trips there, and he will show up sooner or later. I clear out Scuttlers Shortcut periodically when I need to farm Ichor. So I can confirm that he does appear there. Well…when he wants to anyway.
EDIT: Sorry @Narruc I though you were asking where the Spider himself was, not the Chest. I misread. Ok after a pretty decent seach of the area, I have to say it beats me too. However, I would recommend that instead you just open another World Bosses chest. Skeleton Keys will open ANY World Boss chest, their contents are randomised, and and they always respawn. So I save yourself the hassle.
Then what was the point of adding a boss that isnt worth the time to even fight if theres no chest ? Sad no point going back there
Im not certain. But I do know that some World Bosses, such as the recently added Black Yeti, do not have a chest nearby, but still provide a Skeleton Key. Just think of it as you are encouraged to use the key wherever you choose, its not bound to that particular bosses chest. After all, a Skeleton Key is said to open any lock right? Except the one on Razma’s front door, you can forget that idea!

It wasn’t that long ago that the Spider Queen spawned there.( Cave between Weaver’s Hollow / Scuttler’s Shortcut ) This was changed recently to the Demonic Spider usualy known from the Wreck of the Martyr.
Nevertheless, you won’t find a Legendary Chest on any of the over 50 Legendary Creatures that give you a Skeleton key. This is not even necessary, because the skeleton key fits in every legendary chest once you reach level 60 and all of these legendary chests have the same loot table. So it doesn’t really matter where you pick up your reward.
