Having Sepemeru as a neutral city changes drastically the feeling in the Exiled Lands, this is a very good move from FC. Im sure there is 0 players (and if there are to hell with them!) that doesnt like having a place that they can come and have a social aspect in this harsh brutal land.
Although, what if we could have the New Asgard, the Black Galleon and the one in the swamp biome neutral aswell? Wouldn’t that help with economy, refuge, access to taverns, merchants, for the travelers looking for a break?
I can think of factions, there could be NPC’s related to Relic Hunter, Black Hand, etc, we could do them favors/quests, to increase morale with them, so they would allow access to their place and be neutral wherever we meet them.
