Combos, Spells, and Special Abilities right wing is missing

When I bring up the Combos & Special Abilities HUD (hotkey B), there is only the left wing on my screen. The right wing, which should display my AA abilities, is not there, nothing shows up. It is NOT an empty list, but rather nothing slides in at all. Minimap and clock are still visible.

I can see the Perks tab on the left wing, and I can drag an AA to the perk bar below successfully. But the right wing of the HUD menu does not appear at all which should allow me to drag the combo itself to the hotbar.

Am I missing something here? I’ve reset game options and uninstalled/re-installed, still no joy. If anyone can help, I’d appreciate it. I’d really like to use my AAs.

are you sure you have any aa ability that gives a new combo, spell or ability ? (it does not show anything if only passive aas are trained.)
If you have a custom ui, try without it.
