Game mode: Online
Problem: Content won’t appear purchased in the store so I can’t “download” it.
Region: Eu
I have the Conan Exiles Complete Edition from before but the newest DLC will not appear purchased in the store no matter what I do. I have tried restoring licenses and deactivating /reactivation the ps system as primary system. This is getting very upsetting 
Steps on how to reproduce issue:

If I am correct the new DLC should not include in the Complete Edition
But isn’t Complete Edition suppose to include all DLC? Old and New? Isn’t that the whole point of it? Why would I pay over 100 euro for something I could have gotten for less! (dlc season packs).
I in fact went to check what it says in the ps4 store… And it seems the new complete edition they replaced the old one with includes this new dlc pack. But the price is the same as before. I’m absolutely baffled. So ppl who buy it now get the new dlc for free basically. I feel pretty cheated right now.

Yeah the new Version complete edition May 2020 has the new Pack include If you Buy an polder Version the pack is not include because the complete edition is not like a Season Pass

Well, in any case that is a real unfair and stupid marketing decision. Especially since they replaced the old one, so technically it’s still the same product but juts because I happened to buy mine before I now have a product that doesn’t add up with what’s being sold now. For the same price that I paid before. This is ■■■■■■■ me off to the point that I won’t be buying any more dlc ever. They should have given the pack to ppl who owned the Complete Edition already.
What? You want the Complete Edition to be complete? Yeah this has always bugged me about marketing…how they can call it something that simply isn’t true as long as the detail it in the fine print what they specifically mean by their misuse of a word.
Yes, I’m sorry if I was rude. Thank you for trying to help. I’m just very upset because I was really excited about the new pack and finally got time to look into it and to find out “I’m not entitled to it”. Money is tight now due various reasons and that’s another thing you would have thought funcom/Sony wouldve decided otherwise on this decision. People confined inside alone with nothing to do. 
The problem OP has (and IMHO I also find that a rip-off), is that the CURRENT complete edition has really ALL DLCs.
The one before, had all DLC except the current new one.
Basegame currently: 49,99€
Season pass year 1: 29.99€
Season pass year2: 29,99
Riddle of steel: 9,99
Total: 116.96€
Conan exiles complete edition: 119,99€
Only if the new DLC is included, then the complete edition is cheaper.
@Nonpare Are you sure the complete edition (not the May2020 version) was also 119,99€? Because WHY would anyone even buy it, when its more expensive? And why did you even buy it?
Hello @Nonpare, welcome to the forums, this is intended and not an issue as the previous Complete Edition included all the DLC available at that time.
Even if it’s in tented it’s bad. It’s unfair. You are giving a free dlc to those who purchase it now. I can’t understand this kind of tactic 
I’d understand if you guys made a new complete edition and charged people more money for it. But you didn’t, and are slapping the ones who supported you before on the face with giving the dlc for free in the new version.
There is an issue. And the issue is its false marketing.
I am fairly sure it was the same amount. I don’t have the receipt anymore but I remember it being well over 100euro. And I bought I because I wanted all the DLC. I didn’t have any, I only had conan from the ps plus benefit.
And why did you buy it again with the complete edition? o_O
I also bought a complete edition last year even though I’d had a vanilla version already. Because it was on sale and it would’ve been more expensive buying them separately through the season passes, if I remember that correctly.
But I haven’t expected that they should give me all future dls just for free, because I bought a complete edition once in the past.
I bought a brand new complete edition with all available dls at the moment. Surely, let’s say, you wouldn’t think that throughout 2 years period from now on, they should provide to you all next possible dls for free just because you bought a complete edition in 2020. Complete edition isn’t the same as season pass. IMHO
It all depends WHEN someone has bought the complete edition and how nice the seller (in this case Funcom) is.
If someone has it bought 1 month before the new complete edition, Funcom COULD (but they dont have to) be nice and give said cases also the new DLC.
But they dont have todo anything.
I am not sure that they could do something even if they wanted, because marketingly those two are different products.
Before purchasing you read which exactly dls are included in a product. If your agree with the description then you buy it. You can’t ask for something that wasn’t in the description, what wasn’t created atm.
Timeline also is quite relative concept,really. One could buy 5 months ago while another one - a month ago. Then why those who could buy a month ago are entitled to get a new one for free whilst those who 5 months ago, or even 2 months ago- are not.
Then they should, probably, make if for free for everyone regardless the time period of the purchase.
It’s kinda similar to, for instance, if you bought a new ps4, let’s say for 500$, next month they started selling the same ps4 for the same amount of money but with a game. You probably wouldn’t ask for this game to be given to you just because you bought a ps4 for the same amount of money month ago.
It is not like this is a Game of the year complete edition. This is a continuous growing game.
