Constant stuttering on a new rig

Ok so, i just switched to pc and bought the game and everything again, I was getting 60+ fps on 3440x1440 at the recommended ultra settings, a few hours later I dropped to 20 fps, I restarted client and it fixed it, for a few hours. Now any time I log in its always 20-25 fps. I tried lowering graphics, no change. I tried lowering resolution, only one of the lowest settings seems to work better on the 21:9 spectrum, it says its 120 fps, but it still stutters as bad as the 20 fps. Lag is not an issue as the server im on averages 46 ms. Ive tried most solutions I could find on the internet and no luck. Any ideas?

Edit: I should add none of my pcs components are working hard at all to run the game as I have stats up on screen whenever playing, and I haven’t had issues with any other game

Maybe an issue with newer stuff? Amd ryzen 9 9900, amd 9080xt

GOing on weeks, it has been this way 80% of the day. Other 20 it runs smooth. Wishing ya well. Maybe soon we will find out why.

I would check your temperatures. PC components slow down when they get too hot and it’s heavy game on both CPU and GPU.

It’s definetly not temp, I havnt seen my rig get above 57 degrees, im running liquid cooling along side 10 fans, with a large box and an ac in the room. I switched my graphics card mode in bios and was hitting 350-500 fps when logging back in, it only lasted that gaming session. Now its back to 20
