Could someone help me identify what these things are? My Book of Identifying seems to be broke

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.Walk over to Rhino
2.Open Rhino inventory
3.Stare in amazement as you see a randomly generated XX_Rhino_charge_1 that has a health damage of 38 and armor penetration of 7%
4.Try to equip, can be put in tool bar but does not activate.
5. Repeat with a Kappa where I find:XX_Kappa_bc_2 with a health damage of 21 and armor penetration of 3%

Are we going to get the ability to learn animal attacks?

Nah it’s just buggy game mechanics that sometimes generate those items. Can happen with human thralls too, if they attack with fists. They can be safely ignored, and are AFAIK completely useless.
