After talking and asking around a bit.I have found out that custom maps already exist for a longer time in Conan exiles.It is even possible to run them on a G-portal server.
I don’t know anything about programming or how to even start on doing this but i will give a few links to the steamworkshop here so you can go and check it out.
From what i have seen so far not all of them can be run on a g-portal server and are still WIP.

the main reason for this post is to find someone who has a custom map running at the moment so i can help test it and see something else then the usual.
