Dead body not lootable

died by falling from a mountain, went back to corpse, found corpse, cant select anything even though i can see it

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. die from falling
  2. respawn pretty close
  3. found body
  4. cant be selected, lost a lot of gear and mats

now FIXED

I died again, respawned and ran to the place where I died first. Found a huge loot bag there with all my gear. The loot bag wasnt on the place I died but pretty close nearby.

Died and unable to loot body when respawned. Body sticking out of the ground at odd angle.

Also, new users cant upload images? Really? So I’m unable to add screenshot of situation.

There are three ways to fix that:
1 Crouch and try to use E on your corpse
2 Relog and most of the time you can then loot your body
3 Harvest your corpse so you get your stuff in a bag
