Followers decayed when decay is off and member had logged on day before.
Possible you log on short time .Sometimes timer not updating,need wait bit.and check timer
Maybe the server owner decayed them since like you said your clans not been on in a while and you popped on just to refresh, my old server would get rid of an entire clan if caught refreshing and not playing for long periods of time
Also follower decay and building decay are TWO SEPARATE settings

I already issued a Zendesk ticket, but apparently it didn’t come through, since I did not receive a ticket number.
hi, no, server owner did not get rid of anything. 
Well, this makes the most sense, but the server owner (friend) said they checked and did not see anything relevant to that. I will point this out to them again though, thank you!
