Friends, I play on Xbox, which is the best and fastest place,
for Demon Blood Farming, after these latest patches?

Some people may disagree with me but, Giant snakes in the arena entrance and unnamed city. Use highest level pick or hatchet to harvest.

As wak4863 said, the big snake gave most for single boss/creature.
I always used the pick.

(Recommend only when you are almost max level)
Go to Warmaker Sanctuary, defeat the trio of Giant-King shades behind each door, and harvest them with a tool-upgraded star metal pickaxe or something equivalent. Usually I can rake about 70 to 100 portions of demon blood from their corpses.
Be careful though, enemies in there are tough…

The corrupted crocodiles also give a decent amount and are a relatively easy fight for an established player.
You can find them all over the desert rivers, in some places you may find up to 3 right next to each other. Easy to kill with a good weapon and all drop decent demon blood. You won’t get as much as you will from farming a boss per say, but they are so easy to kill and numerous in their spawns that you can easily get a fair pocket-full from just running up and down the rivers in the desert. The rivers near around the Bat tower I find have pretty reliable corrupted croc spawn rates.

Corrupted beings are still RNG.
The 2 big snakes have fix spawn point.

Go to rockfall canyon, there is a black yeti there. Use a hatchet. Your welcome.
On official i use oiled black blood hatchet with the 3rd survive perk. I get over 400 demon blood every respawn
