Died at volcano from heat stroke while logging in

Game mode: Online official
Type of issue: Bug
Server type: PvE (pretty sure this will affect the other type of servers as well)
Region: Europe (pretty sure this will affect the other regions as well)
Mods?: No
Edition: Steam (pretty sure this will affect the other type of editions as well)

Bug Description:

I logged off a bit before server got down for maintenance with very little HP at my base at the volcano. I was properly clothed and my body temperature was very high, but I didn’t get any damage (probably because I have the Impervious perk, or for some other reason). I was dead on reconnect and was in my other base at my spawn point. I suppose that happened, because I was at very low health (probably about 10) when i logged out and when logging back in as usual my character got it’s inventory and clothing some seconds later.

Expected Behavior:

Not to die of heat stroke or frostbite, while properly clothed.

Steps to Reproduce:

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Step 1 - reduce your health to very small amount - barely alive.
  2. Step 2 - go to a place where the temperature effects will damage you if you are not properly clothed.
  3. Step 3 - log out.
  4. Step 4 - log in.
  5. Step 5 - die.
  6. Step 6 - getting out of loading screen after logging in brings you to your bed or bedroll or the desert.

Edit - i forgot to explain what i expected.

There used to be a bug–maybe there still is, I don’t know–where once you were logged out, you did not benefit from the Impervious perk or the temperature-modifying effects of your gear. I believe building quality still mattered, as did any torches/glowing torches/fireplaces/active cookstations nearby, but your armor/clothing did not. It’s possible this is what whacked you.

Well as i think of it, I was nearby furnace that made some bricks. It’s possible for this to be the reason. I’ll give it a check.
